DEFINITIONS AND SCOPE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("GTCS") govern all orders placed with SRL Seven Foxes ("the seller"), registered under number BE 0747.727.270 and located at Avenue de Marlagne 24, 5000 NAMUR (BELGIUM). By confirming an order, the customer fully accepts the GTCS available on the seller's website.
OFFER AND ORDER
To place an order, the customer selects the products and proceeds to payment. An order confirmation, including a summary and a link to the GTCS, is sent via email. The seller reserves the right to refuse an order in case of incorrect data or previous disputes.
Any order placed through a different channel than the seller's website (phone, email, message or in person) may be subject to manual processing and/or urgent handling fees. These fees will be clearly indicated on the invoice and are not eligible for any additional discount.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are expressed in euros, all taxes included. Delivery fees are added during order validation. All orders must be paid in full before delivery. For customers outside the European Union, customs fees and local taxes may apply. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and vary according to the regulations in the destination country.
For professional clients benefiting from payment on invoice, the payment term is set at 30 days. In case of late payment, late interest will be applied in accordance with the legal rate in force, namely the European Central Bank's refinancing rate plus 8 percentage points, unless otherwise contractually agreed.
DELIVERY AND RECEIPT
The delivery times indicated on the site are purely indicative. The seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to transport services. The customer must check the items upon receipt and report any issues within 5 days. Once this 5-day period has passed, the order is considered accepted by the customer and is no longer eligible for refund or exchange.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
- Return of packages to the store: Packages not collected at a relay point or in case of absence during delivery are returned to the store.
- Storage of packages: Returned packages are kept for a period of 30 days.
- Required action: The customer can request a voucher equivalent to the value of the products, minus shipping and return fees, usable within 30 days.
- Consequences of inaction: After the 30-day period without a claim, the products are put back on sale and no refund is granted.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer has 14 days to notify their intention to withdraw. Products must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Return costs are borne by the customer. The customer can also return the products in-store, ensuring they check the opening hours in advance and make an appointment if necessary. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or opened goods.
The seller will issue a voucher equivalent to the value of the returned products or proceed with their refund, based on the decision made in mutual agreement with the customer.
WARRANTIES AND CLAIMS
Products benefit from legal warranties against hidden defects. Any claim must be made in writing within 5 days following receipt.
LIABILITY
The seller is only responsible for direct damages caused by gross or intentional fault. Liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.
FORCE MAJEURE
The seller cannot be held responsible in cases of force majeure, including but not limited to: fires, floods, pandemics, strikes, or computer failures.
APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These GTCS are subject to Belgian law. In case of dispute, the parties agree to resort to mediation before any legal proceedings. In case of failure, only the courts of Namur will have jurisdiction.
